Sausage, Artichoke & Champagne Pasta

8 oz sausage
2 cups pasta
1/2 onion
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp basil
1 tbsp chives
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic
1 cup artichoke hearts
1/4 cup champagne vinaigrette
1/3 lemon juice

1. Boil pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
2. Cook sausage and set aside.
3. In a skillet, melt butter. Add olive oil and cook onion until translucent.
4. Add artichoke, herbs and garlic, and mix well.
5. Add champagne vinaigrette and lemon juice and simmer for 5 minutes.
6. Combine sausage, pasta and sauce. Toss well.

Serves 3-4
