Salmon and Artichoke Pasta


5 oz Salmon fillet
1 tsp Crushed Garlic
1 tsp Minced Onions
1 tbsp Chives
Olive Oil

2 cups Pasta, cooked
3 tbsp Lemon Juice
3 tbsp White Wine
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Crushed Garlic
1 tsp Chives
6 Artichoke Hearts

1. Coat salmon in garlic, onion, and chive.
2. Cook in olive oil until pale pink throughout, about 5 minutes.
3. Set salmon aside.
3. Chop artichoke hearts into quarters.
4. In a sauce pan, mix lemon juice, wine, butter, olive oil, garlic and chives.
5. Add in artichoke hearts and pasta, stirring until covered in sauce and warm. Mix in salmon and serve.
