Pepper Balsamic Pork

1 Pork Chop
3 tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp chives
White Pepper
Olive Oil

1. Marinate pork chop in white balsamic vinegar, chives and white pepper.
2. Cook in olive oil over medium heat, flipping once, until caramelized and inside is white all the way through (about 8-10 minutes depending on thickness).
