Garlic Terriyaki Stir Fry


1 tbsp Garlic

1 Roma Tomato

1/4 cup shelled Edamame
1 cup Green Beans
3 oz Tofu

3 cups Rice, steamed

4 tbsp Terriyaki Sauce

2 tbsp Soy Sauce

1 tbsp butter

1. Boil water and cook green beans and edamame until tender. Drain.
2. Dice tomato.
3. Heat butter in pan. Add tomato, edamame, green beans and tofu. Add in soy sauce and terriyaki sauce. Mix well and cook until warm throughout.
4. Serve over steamed rice.

Serves 2.
