Steak with Balsamic Glaze

1 Steak, any cut
Italian Herb Seasoning
Olive Oil
3/8 cup Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
8 Pearl Onions, cut in half
1 tbsp. Butter

Steps:1. Season steak with pepper and italian herbs.
2. Cook steak on the stove with a touch of olive oil (to prevent sticking) to desired tenderness.
3. Remove steak from pan and move to plate.
4. In same pan, add onions, brown sugar, butter and balsamic vinegar.
5. Boil until thickened and then pour over steak.

Serves 1-2.
